Live Studio Host – Dutch-Speaking | Live & Work in Madrid

What You'll Do

As a Live Studio Host, you will be the face of our live shows and create an unforgettable experience for the audience:

  • Present live shows in Dutch

  • Interact with viewers in a fun, engaging way

  • Deliver energetic, camera-ready presentations

  • Work in a modern studio environment with a supportive team

What You Get

Contract & Hours

  • Permanent contract from day one

  • 35 hours/week (up to 40h optional)

  • Flexible rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night

Salary & Bonuses

  • Base salary: €1,500/month

  • Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)

  • Performance bonus: up to €3/hour

  • Average monthly total: €1,850–€2,100 gross

Relocation Package

  • Flight or train to Madrid

  • 25 days of accommodation upon arrival

  • €1,500 relocation bonus (€1,000 first salary + €500 second salary)

Work Schedule

  • Rotating shifts, 4–5 days/week + 2–3 days off

  • Shift examples:
    • Morning: 07:55 – 15:00

    • Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00

    • Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay)

  • Schedules shared in advance with option to swap shifts

Training

  • 2 weeks of paid training (no experience needed!)

  • Learn everything from presentation skills to show hosting
