Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 annual performance bonus

As a Danish-speaking Onboarding Account Manager, you'll act as a trusted digital advisor for new clients — guiding them through onboarding, building high-performing PPC campaigns, and helping them achieve real results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new advertisers and set them up for success by designing tailored Google Ads strategies.

  • Build and optimize PPC campaigns focused on ROI, long-term sustainability, and growth.

  • Make outbound calls to engage potential clients, understand their goals, and provide adapted marketing solutions.

  • Increase campaign performance and upsell opportunities through analytical insights and consultative sales.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to position Google Ads as the top marketing solution in the Nordic market.

  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM tools and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Google experts to drive campaign excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS degree required (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).

  • Language: Native-level Danish (C2) and fluent English (C1); other Nordic languages are a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 20 months in sales and/or marketing, preferably in client-facing or digital advertising roles.

  • Tech-savvy mindset: Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with AI tools for productivity and outreach.

  • Analytical thinker: Able to interpret performance data and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Strong communicator: Confident in client presentations, writing professional content, and building trust-based relationships.

  • Collaborative and proactive: Comfortable working independently while thriving in a results-oriented, team-based environment.

Nordic Market Expertise (Highly Valued)

  • In-depth understanding of Nordic business culture, communication style, and decision-making processes.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with Danish clients through empathy, adaptability, and transparency.

  • Familiarity with local advertising trends, GDPR regulations, and data privacy compliance practices.

  • Skilled in strategic prospecting, relationship building, and stakeholder management across agencies and enterprises.
