Trust & Safety Support Specialist – French Speaker (Athens On-Site)

Work Hours: 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

Interview Deadline: 2026-03-09

Training Start Date: 2026-03-16 (20 days fully paid)

Salary & Benefits:

  • €1,100 gross monthly + up to 10% productivity bonus

  • Transportation bonus up to €100/month (based on on-site presence)

  • Salary increase to €1,150 after 3 years of employment

Relocation Support

  • Full package: Flight + Hotel stay + Real estate agency fee covered

  • Alternative package: €250 relocation allowance + Real estate agency fee covered (ideal if you travel by car or arrange your own stay)

This platform operates via websites and mobile apps, providing services for jobseekers, employers, and learning subscribers.

As a Trust & Safety Support Specialist, youll play a vital role in ensuring seamless user experiences for Learning platform users and Recruiter license administrators.


Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email related to Learning platform usage and subscription management

  • Troubleshoot administrator and license issues

  • Handle Trust & Safety, Privacy, and Security concerns

  • Support users with account-related queries, including account merging and general platform guidance

  • Maintain high-quality, timely, and professional written communication in French (C1) and English (B2)

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including emails and concurrent chats

  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and productive user environment

Who Were Looking For

  • Experience: No prior experience required; either a Bachelors degree or 2+ years in Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and/or Legal support

  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Advanced Accountability and Decision-Making (Trust & Safety focus)

    • Significantly advanced Written Communication Skills in French and English

    • Strong Problem-Solving and Multitasking abilities

    • Proficient in MS Office and general PC knowledge

    • Typing speed of 25 wpm
