What You'll Do

As a Customer Advisor, you will support customers through multiple communication channels while delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services

  • Providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat

  • Managing customer concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Following internal procedures and quality standards

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German and Dutch skills (spoken and written)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities

  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and available for rotating shifts

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Important Conditions – Please Read Carefully

To ensure transparency from the beginning, candidates must be comfortable with the following mandatory conditions:

  • 24/7 rotating shift schedule
  • Initial contract structure: 1-month 3-month 6-month contracts
  • First month of training fully on-site in Ghent
    After training: hybrid model with only 1 remote workday per week
    Video interview required
    Reference letter from previous employer required

Schedule

Rotative 24/7 shifts

  • Daily working time: 7 hours 30 minutes

  • Lunch break: 30 minutes
