What You'll Do

  • Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Provide expert guidance on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: €930/month (paid 14 times per year).

  • Attendance Bonus: €100/month (paid 11 times per year).

  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).

What We're Looking For

Fluent French Speaker (C1+) with strong communication skills.
English Proficiency (C1+) for internal communication.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work on rotational shifts (including nights & weekends).
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.
