What You'll Do
Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide expert guidance on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: €930/month (paid 14 times per year).
Attendance Bonus: €100/month (paid 11 times per year).
Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).

What We're Looking For
Fluent French Speaker (C1+) with strong communication skills.
English Proficiency (C1+) for internal communication.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work on rotational shifts (including nights & weekends).
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.
