Start Date: 25th June 2026
Location: remote from Continental Portugal

Languages: German– C2 level (required), English – B2 level (comfortable)
Contract: 6-month renewable
Schedule: Rotative shifts: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 and 19:00 (rotative shifts - possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement - didn't happen since the line opened)

Days off: 2 days (rotative)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline of our customer happiness. Your mission is to help our French-speaking merchants thrive by offering exceptional support and ensuring they can run their businesses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and effective support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

  • Assist with product inquiries, account setup, and troubleshooting to help merchants make the most of our payment solutions.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to find the best solutions for customer requests.

  • Be proactive in improving customer experience, suggesting process improvements and contributing to a better service journey.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous customer support or contact centre experience (a big plus!).

  • You're tech-savvy – using a smartphone or tablet is second nature to you.

  • Strong communication skills in German (C2) and comfortable in English (B2).

  • You're a natural helper – patient, friendly, and solution-oriented.

  • You remain calm under pressure and stay organized, even on a busy day.

  • You're curious, persistent, and ready to go the extra mile to find the right answer.
