Contract: Permanent

Salary: €42,667 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, fully flexible across Mon–Sun 08:00–19:00

Training: 4 weeks onsite in Dublin

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Expert Reviewer fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining the integrity and quality of the Clients global operations. You will review and ensure high standards across content moderation, ID verification, and escalation workflows. This is an office-based role, ideal for candidates who thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will:

Content Moderation Support

  • Review and evaluate content across various sensitive topics, including but not limited to:
    • Threats of violence, promotion of self-harm

    • Fraud, theft, poaching, or sale of restricted goods

    • Hate speech, bullying, impersonation, privacy violations

    • Phishing, spam, malware

    • Child exploitation, nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation

    • Other topics as mutually agreed

ID Review & Authentication

  • Verify authenticity of accounts and access flows, ensuring adherence to Client standards.

Escalations & Risk Operations Support

  • Support escalated cases, including high-impact content (HERO/viral memes, DOI/Dangerous Organizations).

  • Apply cultural and regional awareness for nuanced policy decisions, aligned with global risk policies.
