Your Mission

As a Customer Support Advisor (French-speaking), you will be the first point of contact for customers managing their car rental experience. Your role is key in ensuring smooth booking processes, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience across all touchpoints.

You will combine problem-solving, communication, and commercial awareness to support both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone and email

  • Manage car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations

  • Assist customers with billing, payments, and account-related inquiries

  • Guide users through available rental options and service modalities

  • Support onboarding of new customers by collecting and entering data into internal systems

  • Identify customer needs and proactively suggest suitable solutions

  • Ensure timely handling of requests while maintaining high-quality service standards

  • Contribute to a strong and positive brand experience

Your Profile

We are looking for motivated communicators who thrive in structured yet dynamic environments:

  • French C2 level (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • 1+ years of Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferred).

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus, but not required

  • Saturday&Sunday are off
