Your Mission
Be the go-to expert for customers seeking technical guidance and solutions:
Deliver exceptional technical support via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through active listening and targeted questioning
Provide accurate, efficient, and customer-centric solutions using internal tools and training
Document all interactions clearly to ensure service excellence and continuity
Stay up to date with the latest developments in consumer electronics, networks, and AV technology
What You Bring
Essential Requirements:
Bilingual/Proficient Danish + Advanced English
Background in ICT or technical education
Solid understanding of network architecture & consumer electronics (e.g. wireless audio, smart devices)
Good command of MS Office tools
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent phone etiquette
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in a technical support role
Exposure to B2C or B2B environments
Strong technical curiosity and hands-on mindset
