We're hiring a German-Speaking Marketplace Onboarding Specialist to grow a high-quality network of co-hosts for a leading global home-sharing platform. In this role, you won't just sell—you'll identify, inspire, and activate local entrepreneurs who help property owners unlock the full potential of their homes.

Your Mission

Co-Host Acquisition & Engagement

  • Identify and connect with high-potential co-hosts in strategic locations

  • Drive outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to generate interest

  • Deliver consultative pitches tailored to each prospect's goals and local market dynamics

  • Guide candidates through a seamless onboarding journey—from first contact to activation

Relationship Building & Advisory

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Act as a market expert, educating prospects on trends, opportunities, and platform value

  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson

Network Growth & Matching

  • Evaluate and support smart pairings between hosts and co-hosts

  • Ensure smooth sign-ups and high-quality onboarding experiences

  • Contribute directly to building a scalable, reliable co-host ecosystem

Pipeline Management & Performance

  • Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and internal tools

  • Track outreach, conversions, and engagement metrics

  • Consistently exceed KPIs in acquisition, activation, and engagement

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on real market feedback

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to improve processes and product experience

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, program managers, and stakeholders

  • Share best practices, success stories, and innovative approaches

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools


What You Bring

  • German (C2) + English (Professional level)

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar client-facing roles

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written, verbal, and phone)

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with excellent organization

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Mixmax, or similar tools

  • Background in hospitality, travel, or property management

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth

  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability

  • Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills
