This project goes far beyond vehicle reservations. You'll assist customers across the entire rental journey, handling topics such as bookings, financial transactions, complaints, grievances, and account-related requests while working with multiple internal systems and applications. Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers using rental vehicle services. You'll provide assistance across multiple service areas, ensuring every customer receives efficient and professional support.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

Assist customers with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and rental information

Support customers with complaints, grievances, and service-related issues

Help resolve billing questions and financial transaction inquiries, including payments and charges

Navigate and work across multiple internal platforms (approximately 14 applications) to manage customer cases accurately

Investigate customer issues and coordinate with internal departments when necessary

Accurately document customer interactions and update records

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data protection guidelines

Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented customer service while ensuring high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Language Requirements

German – Fluent (C1-C2)

English – Good working level (B2 or higher)

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Strong customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience

Ability to manage several tasks and systems simultaneously

Comfortable learning and using multiple software applications

Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
