The offer: 1,670.39 EUR gross/month + 1537.20 EUR gross quarterly bonus

We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Advisor Solution Specialist who can confidently manage the full sales funnel, unlock growth opportunities, and drive revenue through strategic customer engagement.


What You'll Be Doing

As part of a high-performing sales team, you will:

  • Manage high-volume inbound & outbound sales motions across phone, email, video, and social channels

  • Engage customers at every stage of the sales funnel and drive them toward conversion

  • Identify and reach alternative decision-makers using tools like Sales Navigator and desk research

  • Strictly follow response-time SLAs and structured sales cadences

  • Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline

  • Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM

  • Transition qualified opportunities to the onboarding team for seamless customer handover

  • Track, review, and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to exceed sales targets

This role requires both sales discipline and strategic thinking — you won't just follow leads; you'll create opportunities.

Your Profile

We're looking for a competitive, proactive, and results-driven sales professional who brings:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken)

  • Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience (tech or advertising sales is a strong advantage)

  • Proven track record of growing customer investment and unlocking high-potential budgets

  • Strong competitive selling mindset — confident in winning new business

  • Digital advertising knowledge (considered a strong plus)

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts

  • Strong time management and ability to work independently

  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, performance-driven environment
