What You'll Be Doing – Your Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and cloud adoption. You'll:

  • Drive sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Consult with clients to align technical solutions with their business needs

  • Deliver expert insights on advanced cloud services and architecture

  • Demonstrate solutions via Teams to a variety of business users

  • Audit and validate implementation requirements and pricing models

  • Train and mentor teammates on cloud technologies and processes

  • Stay ahead of trends by continually researching new cloud tools, pricing, and competitor offerings

  • Be the go-to expert in Microsoft cloud and hybrid solutions for SMB clients

Who You Are – The Ideal Candidate

You're curious, technically-minded, and passionate about helping businesses succeed. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

You're a perfect match if you have:

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • 3-6+ years of experience in tech sales, business development, or pre-sales

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, IT security, identity and compliance, and solution design

  • Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification (L200 preferred)

  • Proven record of sales success and customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

  • Experience in technical sales/pre-sales

  • A Master's degree or technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics)

  • Familiarity with cloud adoption and deployment planning
