What You'll Do

As a Short Video Content Moderator, you will review and evaluate user-generated content across the platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Review videos, images, comments, text posts, and audio content

Identify content that violates community standards and platform policies

Remove or escalate inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content

Moderate user interactions and support a respectful online environment

Categorize and label content accurately for platform organization

Investigate and process user appeals when required

Document moderation actions and report recurring trends

Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams on complex cases

Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity

What We're Looking For

Language Requirements

• Ukrainian (C1/C2 level)

• English (B2 level or higher)

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail

Excellent reading comprehension and analytical thinking

Ability to follow policies and guidelines consistently

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and remain focused

Adaptability to changing policies and procedures

Professional approach when handling sensitive situations

Previous moderation, customer support, social media, or online platform experience is an advantage

Work Schedule

40 hours per week

8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break

Rotational schedule covering:

• Monday to Sunday

• Day shifts

• Night shifts

• Weekends and public holidays

As a global operation, flexibility to work across a 24/7 schedule is essential.

Training & Onboarding

Comprehensive paid training provided

• Duration: Approximately 3 weeks

• Schedule: 8 hours per day

• Language: English

Training Allowance:

• €92.80 total (€18.56 per training day)

No prior moderation experience? No problem. We provide all the tools and training needed to help you succeed.
