About the Role
As a French-Speaking Finance Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing them with professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. Your mission is to not only answer questions but also to understand customer needs, offer the right financing solutions, and strengthen long-term relationships within our Relational Excellence framework.

What You Will Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Support customers with inquiries about existing credit, new financing projects, and general account questions.
Analyze customer needs to provide personalized, reassuring, and effective solutions.
Identify and maximize commercial opportunities during interactions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Manage customer files accurately, respecting compliance, security procedures, and data confidentiality.
Uphold the companys values of rigor, transparency, and integrity in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
Fluent French speaker (C2 level) – mandatory.
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
A customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Previous customer service, banking, or financial services experience is a plus (but not required).
Ability to work on-site in Braga, with flexibility for rotational shifts.
Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
The Offer
Permanent contract (B&M model) – 3-month trial period.
- Salary package:
Base salary: €920/month × 14 months.
Performance bonus: €155/month × 12 months.
Meal allowance: €7.63/day (net).

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts).
Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00 (rotational).
2 days off per week: Sunday + 1 rotational day.
